Key Personnel
Ben has over 40 years of experience in construction and insurance-related large loss construction. As President, he has provided more than a billion dollars’ worth of service and repairs.
His project types have covered a wide range of industries including commercial, hospitality, health care, federal, industrial and higher education both in the United States and Internationally. Ben graduated with a Civil Engineering (Structural) degree from Canterbury University and CIT in New Zealand. Ben holds both a GC and Contractor Roofing licenses in multiple states including Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, North and South Carolina to name a few and has several certifications including USACE – Contractor Quality Control, HAZWOPER 40 hour, HAZWOPER 8 hour supervisor, and ISNETWorld Third Party Safety.
Christopher has over 28 years of experience in the restoration industry, and his primary focus has been on servicing clients in the commercial, industrial, medical, hospitality, education, and multifamily sectors. Currently, he is responsible for managing and oversite of multiple restoration and reconstruction projects throughout the country. Preparing detailed estimates, schedules, and budgets for our clients as well as the numerous parties associated with a complex insurance claim such as property owners & managers, insurance adjusters, consultants, specialists, as well as the Express’ reconstruction and mitigation specialist. Prepares and presents all the necessary paperwork including contracts, change orders, budgets, schedules, and assorted other construction-related documents.
