Key Personnel
Ben has over 40 years of experience in construction and insurance-related large loss construction. As President, he has provided more than a billion dollars’ worth of service and repairs.
His project types have covered a wide range of industries including commercial, hospitality, health care, federal, industrial and higher education both in the United States and Internationally. Ben graduated with a Civil Engineering (Structural) degree from Canterbury University and CIT in New Zealand. Ben holds both a GC and Contractor Roofing licenses in multiple states including Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, North and South Carolina to name a few and has several certifications including USACE – Contractor Quality Control, HAZWOPER 40 hour, HAZWOPER 8-hour supervisor, and ISNETWorld Third Party Safety.
Mike Peck serves as the National Director of Construction at US Roofing Systems, bringing over 15 years of expertise in the construction and roofing industries. With an extensive background in managing large-scale commercial projects, Mike has earned a reputation for overseeing operations with precision, safety, and efficiency.
His strategic leadership and commitment to quality have been key to the successful completion of high-profile projects nationwide. Mike’s deep understanding of construction processes, combined with his ability to navigate complex challenges, ensures that every project under his direction is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

John Olson is the National Director of Finance at US Roofing Systems, where he oversees all financial operations with a sharp focus on growth, sustainability, and profitability. With 7 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning in the construction industry, John brings a wealth of expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control within the construction and roofing industries.
His leadership has been instrumental in driving financial efficiencies and ensuring sound financial practices throughout the organization. John’s analytical approach and keen attention to detail enable him to manage short-term targets and obligations while keeping a clear focus on the company’s long-term objectives. John is dedicated to maintaining the financial health of US Roofing Systems, ensuring the company’s resources are optimized for continued success and expansion.
Hunter Breit serves as the Assistant Construction Manager at US Roofing Systems, where he supports the successful execution of roofing projects across multiple regions. With a background in project management and hands-on construction experience, Hunter plays a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly and on schedule.
His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards make him an integral part of the construction management team. Hunter’s ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and crews helps deliver projects that consistently meet and exceed expectations. Hunter holds a FAA drone operator certification, allowing him to leverage advanced technology for project monitoring and inspections. Hunter is dedicated to upholding US Roofing Systems’ reputation for excellence in commercial roofing projects.
