Reconstruction of roof while providing emergency food to crew.

Scope of project:

  • 80% damage on flat roof with two levels
  • All insulation and roofing membrane materials were removed and replaced
  • A new tapered insulation system, roof drains and Sika Sarnafil TPO roof was installed
  • As a manufacturer certified installer, provided the customer with an NDL warranty
  • Purchased over 65 camper trailers and leased enough land to set them all up for sustainable housing for the crew
  • Supplied a full-time chef to prepare 400 meals per day for the crew
  • Completion time: 2 months
